Week 12

That he had a spine transplant means that his spine has been taken off and had another one being put on his back.

In the soldiers point of view he is brave or stupid to go talk to the reptiles.

    Did they really remove his spine and transplant another? This is literal interpretation of the sentence. Is there a figurative one there too? Why do you think they might have thought him stupid for talking to the reptiles?
