Writing a Quest

Your homework for next week is to gather up ideas images today in WoW which you will used to write a quest of your own. Remember to use the language of the game and construct your quest using the structures quests in WoW use.

Include:

Quest Name

Description of the Quest

Relevant Locations

Completion of the Quest

Gains/Rewards

You shall go to retrieve my magical orb of destiny you need to enter the gremlins head quarters they are North-East from here in the entrance you will find my companion he will help you in the quest you shall defeat the gremlin chief to complete the quest when you retrieve the orb come back here I will give you the bracelets of major abomination 1200 XP and 18 gold good luck

Week 15-The Elements of a Quest

Think back to some of the quests you have been on. What type of language did the quest givers use? What sorts of rewards did they offer? Go back into the game if needed and read through a few quests.

Next write a quest that requires teamwork to succeed. Consider the reason for the quest, the language needed, the tone of the quest, who the quest giver is and the roles required to complete the quest.

Don’t forget to include geographical information and  offer a reward.
