WoW Week 1

Today we take the much anticipated plunge into World of Warcraft. This will be our first journey into Azeroth, as part of the Alliance. Today is about getting our bearings.

You have several tasks to complete during this first adventure. Firstly, you must all begin to explore your environment. Be careful about wandering off the beaten path of trails and roads, You will encounter many dangers lying in wait if you do. You will need to complete your first few quests which will aid you in gaining experience points and levelling up, as well has help you to build up your inventory.

Your homework job for this week will be to read the first chapter of your chosen graphic novel.
When you do so, you must think about ways in which the story you are reading is similar to different elements of World of Warcraft. You will then need to write a short journal entry in this blog, of 1-2 paragraphs which discuss these similarities.

Watch out for grammar and punctuation difficulties!

It might help you to think about Lore, characters, settings, quests, language  both in the book and in the game. I look forward to reading your first journal entry. We will begin next week's quest in-world. Check back next week for a glimpse of what is in store.

MINECRAFT ADVENTURE

Description of what we saw:	I saw a lot of monsters that wanted to attack me and find lots of pumpkins that i grabbed. I also saw a lot of squids in the surface of the water. that was pretty funny
Adventures we had:	I had an alliance of 2 other people. At the beginning i couldn't chop or cut anything and i got lost :( but i then could mine again and find lots of cool things.
Challenges we faced:	i face lotes of skeletons and survive 2 creeper explosions and lost lotes of health.

Description of what we saw:	I saw players and we make an alliance i saw a lot of wood so i cut it. I also saw monster like zombies,skeletons, spiders etc. I saw a huge cave but we i came to the end it have a huge wall it didn't have exit.
Adventures we had:	I first look for other players to make an alliance when we found each others we start cutting wood then we went to an island but one player of our alliance got lost. The rest of the alliance started to do a house and a chest but one player appeared and take our diamonds. We chase him but we didn't find him so then i got lost and i mine alone.
Challenges we faced:	I start to make a house but a player stole our things and then i got lost. I have to faced other players, monsters and huge caves.

Description of what we saw:	I only saw all the other players join the game but after, I began to run so that I wasn't slain by a sword.
Adventures we had:	I first saw lots of other players join the game, and then was when we could move ourselves. The first thing I did was to run after watching many of the other players melt into the ground after being slain by swords. After that I went to an island which I found a bit far from the start point to make sure that nobody would find me. My house was a bit large but it wouldn't last long until these wasn't  my property because as soon as I turned around, there was a red screen with the two options: 'respawn' and 'main menu'.
Challenges we faced:	I only began to build my house but then somebody came to steal it to me.

Description of what we saw:	We saw zombies, ender mens, skeletons, diamonds,  and we saw some people die.
Adventures we had:	We went to the ender world, we discovered some mines and I did my house in a mine.
Challenges we faced:	Someone burned my house and stole me, so I putted an ender chest. Another challenge was when there where some skeletons ender mens and zombies.

Description of what we saw:	My team and I saw a lot of biomes like desert, forest, and flatland.
Adventures we had:	We built a pretty sized house and this nOOb came in and took all of my diamond pickaxes talk about epic TROLL. We also tried to look for the end portal with eye of ender but it went horribly wrong.  Then we saw a horde of cow and players
Challenges we faced:	We faced the challenge of spider jokey and a really annoying enderman that took a piece of our house. The next challenge was we here looking for the end almost all game

Description of what we saw:	I saw diamonds gold silver and etc. It was very difficult to find the treasure cave in the cave they were a million ores or even more.
Adventures we had:	I played with a friend and we mine together and build a house. Of course we killed some player but then our teacher turned Pvp of :( .
Challenges we faced:	I faced a ender man and some creeper to i had to walk through lava it was very difficult i almost die and lost all my diamond coal silver and gold
